Following examination and diagnosis, you will be provided with an estimate of costs before any treatment begins.

We are pleased to assist our patients in obtaining their dental benefits by completing and submitting dental claim forms electronically on their behalf. Your insurance company will send your pre-determination of benefits directly to you. Please remember to bring all information regarding your dental coverage with you.

Once your claim is submitted your insurance company will reimburse you. There are many different insurance carriers and many different benefit plans. Therefore all of your treatment may not be covered by your dental plan.

All fees for professional services are charged directly to the patient. Payment is due the day the service is provided.

For your convenience, we accept cash, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Interac, Quikcard and Care Credit.
